As a seasoned commercial interior designer, construction project manager, and retail environment expert, I have honed my skills in visual merchandising and other industry facets over a decade. I've collaborated with award-winning leaders across North America and 14 Latin American countries, spearheading 423 projects with investments exceeding $30 million.

Currently, I am an Art Director for L'Oréal in New York City. Previously, I was the Capital Investments and Visual Merchandising Project Manager at (LVMH) Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy Perfumes & Cosmetics

I contributed to the double-digit growth of Acqua di Parma in North America through strategic investments and expansion plans, and have senior-level expertise in operational infrastructure, supply chain management, vendor vetting, legal contracts, construction approvals, maintenance audits, and team leadership.

Successfully built and managed cross-functional teams, fostering creativity and innovation while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. I also facilitated communication between our Paris and Milan headquarters and key stakeholders, maximizing our global success.

In 2014, I joined the LATAM Store Design and Visual Merchandising department for the Estée Lauder Companies as a Lead Project Manager; overseeing 17 free-standing boutiques, 25 shop-in-shops, 278 renovations, and 11 pop-ups for brands like Estée Lauder, Clinique, La Mer, Jo Malone, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Michael Kors, and Tom Ford Beauty.

I hold a BFA in Interior Design from The Fashion Institute of Technology and specialize in developing 360-degree solutions that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement in luxury sectors. My expertise in Trade Marketing and Retail Design has led to over 126 successful product launches, ensuring seamless execution from visual merchandising to in-store displays.

As a member of the McKinsey & Company Academy’s Latino Management Accelerator, I gained skills in business strategy, process engineering, and ROI metrics.
